Fast-growing startup based in downtown Cincinnati, is looking for a Project Manager to work with development team to build systems with a focus on ease of use, connectivity and flexibility. Our platform simplifies the process of creating connected experiences and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to understand their unique requirements.
• Plan and manage projects for on time delivery.
• Developing a specification, project estimate, project plan, and working with the engineering team to meet requirements.
• Project leadership and client expectation management.
• Process Improvement.
• Initiate and drive continuous improvement activities and processes.

What we need to see

• Time and task management.
• Experience gathering software requirements.
• Must be comfortable communicating on both a professional and technical level.
• Experience managing hardware, software, QA documentation and customer support of a project.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.

• MBA with emphasis on project management.
• Agile/Scrum Certifications
• Work experience with IOT and/or home network products.
